Riot waits after he has asked his questions, wondering as to what that mind was thinking as he stared at the golden male. He wonders if it will take long to analyze what he has said, but Riot is polite enough to wait it out in silence. Or, rather, he acts as if he is patient, while he isn't perfectly sure if he is or is not. He knows he must play the part, and whatever part of him is below the surface, he did not give too much thought to. He knows he wanted to learn all he could of the prospect packs before the Winter struck, but if it's only a day or half a day that he is here to scope out the place, then that wasn't so bad, not at all. Riot could spare that much time, and so he keeps calm with these thoughts lingering in his mind as he looks at the golden boy.

When the male speaks, Riot listens carefully. This one picked apart everything it seemed, but Riot gets why that would be a good thing. Loopholes and such could be better played with that way, so Riot tucks away that this one was a creature to keep an eye on if he joined this place. That didn't mean in a bad way, but Riot knew not to disregard someone with that kind of thought process. As far as what Riot meant in the questioning, that part was easy enough. "The inner structure and workings of those with ranks, mostly. It has come to my attention that in the packs across these lands, the ranking system and titles, as well as the rules can be different from packs elsewhere. If I am to join a pack, I want to know what I am getting into." And surely this male understood that part.

When the next bit was answered, Riot was stunned at how much information he was gaining from such a question he had asked. He knew the alpha was female, her name, her bloodline and that it was a long ruling one here. Then the male had gone on to tell Riot as to how she led, and for one shining moment, Riot decided that the male would be held in high regards, and that this pack was one to be considered ideal. All of it sounded like the right kind of place so far, and there was only a little more that he needed to know of before he was for sure that this was on the list. So short a list, but he figured that Spirane was already in the lead for his attentions. The other questions had been asked, now to see what the answers to them would be..

It seemed that both questions were answered here, if by half of the first ne he had specified, and the other parts of it. Still quite a good length of information -- finally! -- from someone on a pack. If only it was so easy to gain an idea of the other packs like he was of here. It gave him so much to work with, so much to ponder. For this he is grateful, and maybe the other male could see some sort of relief on his face for it. None of these things being learned gave any negative look to this pack for Riot, and he holds that information close to pick at later. So far, it was safe to say that Riot felt impressed with this pack and what it had to offer. He still had to give the other places a fair look, of course, but this place was certainly pleasing.

Did he find this informative? Why yes, he did. Very much so. "Yes it was. I was starting to get concerned that no one really knew exactly what was going on within their packs, so I thank you for the information you have given. It was very helpful." Comes the light response. Riot has not made the final choice yet, but if this was it, then he would be sure to seek this male out again to tell him. He would first wait and see if there was more to be said of the first question now that he had given a more specific answer on what he was really asking to know, then he would go fromt here. It was just such a breath of fresh air to hear it all laid out like that as requested, without feeling like he was pulling teeth.
