She dreamed of paradise
2; MUTT; 16’3; DEAF; RURISK x INDY

She wasn't avoiding him, not at all. She was just trying to make sense of what happened and how to approach him to really talk about it. Carisa wasn't stupid so she knows what they did and what would come of it. She just couldn't get her head around the fact that it had happened, wasn't she too damaged for children? Certainly a deaf mare couldn't be a mother. How would she hear her child if he or she needed help?

Carisa shakes her head, blowing out through her nostrils which shows how frustrated she was becoming with her thoughts, which is why she wasn't at the oasis with the others. She was heading back though, having trekked all the way to the beach to be alone. Running all around had left her hot and she was happy when after a few minutes the beginnings of the oasis came into view, but while her mind was dead set on the water waiting for her, her eyes moved from the path and toward the gathering of horses. Instantly her thirst left her and she came to a standstill with her head up high and useless ears tilting towards the others with interest. Something was going on and Cari being as curious as ever moved from her path and toward them.

Her blue eyes roam the three unfamiliar faces that greeted her before her gaze slid to Orhan. She felt a flutter of emotion in her chest and she quickly looks away and down at the sand. She had stopped a bit nearer to him, wanting to be able to clearly see his lips move when he speaks. The eyes wander again as she stands there, looking over to the other stallion, and his sightless eyes; which shocked her but Cari made sure her surprise at the other defected horse was hidden beneath the cool mask she wore. She wondered what Orhan thought of the male; was he just as welcome as she was with her deafness?
