I had a few questions about the Academy for future reference, and since I have a memory like a sieve I should probably apologize if I've already asked some of these. ;D

1.) How does "fast-tracking" through the Academy work? And how would a character share teaching duties with an NPC?
Delphi was joined with a background in survival training, so I'd like to fast-track her through the Pioneer classes at the Academy. In the nearish future, I would love for her to become one of the pioneer teachers too. I was thinking instead of taking it over full-time, she and Lyra could share the duties, that way players could elect to either work with Delphi and do full threads, or work with Lyra and be able to do more self-driven threads/posts.

2.) Does a character have to be considered an adult (13) to graduate the Academy? Do I need to prove a number of posts, do a final "test", or anything like that?
Asking about this for Danny specifically! :D He's only 12ish, but I've been playing him as a bit of a prodigy, and pretty much every Danny post I've done has at least a mention of his studies, so I would lovelovelove to be able to play him as going through Finals and starting to work as a legit doctor at the clinic (I'm waiting for those "What are you, twelve?!" "welll... ya... D:" interactions. ROFL).

3.) How old does a character have to be before they can join the Academy?
I've been thinking when Olive is still pretty young (5 - 7ish) that Birch might enroll her in a class at the Academy both to give her more skills and because she's going to be a handful, and I wasn't sure if that was okay. Hahahaha. I just pictured Birch dropping off Olive like "YOUR TURN!". hahahaha.
