News 08.08.2021
Change was long overdue in Spirane. Now that I have learned who is still an active presence within the pack, the ranks have been updated. As I once took time away from the pack, so too now shall Kalseru. Know that she is still second in command of the pack, as is reflected in her rank. Once you are familiar with the new ranking system, if you would like to change positions or move up in the ranks you need only ask. Let this be a time of new life in Spirane, and a promise of great things to come!

When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies, but the pack survives.

Arthfael
one x natu/fenrir x spirane x unloved

His mother had not told them fanciful stories nor even much about history yet she seemed to know alot about many things. Often she would train him to hunt because she knew he strove to be good at it like her, balancing upon his toes with finesse when possible and darting out to try and chase down a squirrel. They were racer beasts, she said, and as such it would take much planning before he could capture one so close to a tree. Still he practiced often with balancing himself and slow steps. Silent steps. A predators steps. He had once watched a mountain lion from a distance as it crept through the forest on completely silent feet, his eyes wide and unblinking so that he did not miss even one second of movement. It had blended in so well with the surroundings that as it moved he almost lost it; whatever it had been stalking took off before it had a chance to pounce and it simply gave up, flicking that long tail before padding away. It was heartening to realize that even such a creature could miss out on a meal even as silent as it was.

The thing that he was fast coming to find about Viserion is that his new friend did not mind adventures. He adapted quick to whatever proposition that Arthfael through out and in this golden boy he found a kindred spirit. He was perhaps not quite as into facts as Rhaegal yet some of the more basic or broad questions interested him. He wouldn't mind if his friend droned on and on about something as long as they were adventuring as well. His own eyes follow Viserion's up to the darkened ceiling as he tries to peer at the shifts in shadows to decide what was rock and if there was a bat there before shrugging and glancing back around him. "We can or we can come back."

Then the talk shifts to Natu and Arthfael isn't sure exactly why the boy wishes to know of her. She has always been there for him and his siblings and he loves her fiercely so even as he eyes the other boy he tenses. Will Viserion say something bad about his mom? Who knew what the golden prince knew and it didn't matter anyways, Arthfael thought, for he would protect his mother even if he no longer lived with her. Daenery's, Viserion said and Arthfael's head cocks to the side as he mouths the name so that when he decides to speak it his mouth will know how to form it. Then the boy continues and his interest is peaked because he hadn't quite known what that was. "Really? She said she had to work hard for it but I guess I never asked what it is that she did. What is so specialized about it?"

Before he can ask anymore questions Viserion leaps down and shouts and Arthfael darts to his side with eager eyes and pricked ears. At first he thought that maybe Viserion was seeing things or pulling some prank on him but then the fish appears. It is translucent almost and his jaw opens in surprise before he grins, glancing to meet Viserion's own happy face as his tail matches pace with his friends. "Yes! Did you see it's bones? How is that possible!"
