Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

At the sound of the brujo’s voice, the mythical creature jumped, flinching away from it. She had not seen nor heard his arrival and was in no way prepared for Summer’s presence at all. Lilac lookers swiftly opened and their attention from the terra to his palette, searching his portals. He had said her name as if it were a question, and not even loud enough for a wolf to be surprised by. Shame touched the fae’s features as she felt heat rush to her head. Was she doomed forever to be so touchy about others? In the past, she would not have been bothered at all by this question of hers. But now that she was submerged within an area that practically demanded for every varg to come in contact with another, her breaking point was starting to show itself. She didn’t like the anxiety that pressed along her chest and abdomen whenever she was approached. It only made her life worse knowing that there were others around her that she might run into. It ate her up. The hessian did not immediately come up to her… instead he took his time and slowly approached, as one would a wild animal. Perhaps that’s exactly what she was. No… she knew that this was true. She was a spirit in all manners of the word. Something that could disappear as quickly as it arrived. Her plumage curled around her paws as a house cat’s would. But it was not to show finicky behavior. It was to keep her from moving from where she was…. Especially when the monarch was close enough to touch her. Amalthea, what’s wrong? Is there anything I can do for you? As always, it took the woman a few moments to decipher the words. A never ending jigsaw puzzle that would get easier and more difficult depending on how much time passed between each meeting with others.
Was he not ashamed that he had taken up the responsibility of giving shelter to a wolf who was running from others, who barely knew how to approach and speak, who couldn’t hunt anything larger than a rabbit? Who wished not to interact with others unless she absolutely had to? Was he not ashamed that he was here, asking her if she needed something? A very clear pained expression crossed her palette and she turned her head away, disliking the attention altogether. She felt as if their roles had been switched without her knowing. Was he not the King of these lands? Why would he dote on her? But her breathing hitched when she connected it to something. In her own part of her previous home, seeing as her and Yona rarely met with one another and only did so to make sure certain diseases had not spread, Thea had kept a careful eye over the life around her. Perhaps Summer was in this position…. Was that what it meant to be alpha? Shyly the femme turned her head slowly back, keeping her lavender dreamers hidden by white lashes, but moving her gaze to his talons, then to his ankles…. To his knees, to his chest, to his snout, and finally—she snapped her attention away, biting the inside of her cheek and inwardly chastising herself for behaving so foolishly. So she spoke up, quietly and faltering at first. It is but something I must acknowledge ownership of to the past. There is nothing else of it. It is simply what it is, and is not a burden heavy enough to be thought of sharing. She closed her eyes as she spoke these words. Then, a minute or so later, addressed him again. Yours however, rendered you vulnerable at the territory line. I am sorry that I was not brave enough to stand by your side when this occurred.
