It was rare, truly, that anyone ever sought Pan out for a discussion save the Queen herself- Pan never having fully managed to understand why others did not seem to desire his constant corrections in life or why they so often seemed offended at his attempts to help them better themselves. For all his intelligence the emotional wavelength of others never did seem to be within his range to detect and yet despite this- his overly scientific mind had managed to lead him safely this far, even with his more recent bid for Alpha-ship over Diveen itself, had it not been for certain stipulations he had been unwilling to fill in regards to his own moral fibre and refusal to be seen as a stud animal with services for sale, he was rather assured he would have made rather an exceptional Alpha. It had been his birthright, years ago after all and yet even he, with his wholly unemotional view of the world around him had been unwilling to be made a leader for his ability to father a child as opposed to being chosen for merit, for skill and his own capabilities to defend such a land when an inevitable challenge should arise. Battle however, had never truly been his trait and perhaps he had been spared such thing, perhaps he simply would have returned the pack to those whom truly owned it all the same. Maybe once, Trenus had been his own- but he does not hold onto a grudge from the past, he was made of better things and his mind truly does not see the practicality of that.

“Kane! I am pleased you have come, I am home indeed- wait right there I shall be with you momentarily I have a number of things I would like to ask about your family and the system by which you have led and ruled for so very long. Truly I find you family a source of fascination!”

It is very near called from within the depths of the den, the gold and copper male bursting from within a mere moment later, very near colliding with the black Alpha as he rushes forward, strangle black eyes fixated upon him as he moves to seat himself abruptly before Kane now. That the questions he is about to ask may be personal, if not wholly private, have clearly not occurred to him- Pan’s endless pursuit of knowledge forever driving the male to see the most interesting of information and as such he may well have failed to assess the sensitivities of it.

“I would like to begin by asking your family, do you have many siblings yourself? Have any of them been as successful as yourself? Now- your children, what is the law in regards to the Angel family and how succession of a throne is chosen? Do you and Isola choose or did Heyel dictate this as the patriarch of the family? I do find your kind utterly fascinating, after all, there is not family more successful then your own and I believe much might be learned from you if applied correctly and you are willing to share such knowledge- of course.”
