Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

edrick - four - loner - heart & soul


It would seem that the male was truly an ally of Taika and not one who would come to harm her. Being the winter months Edrick's thoughts had strayed to the idea of the male attempting to force claim Taika as a way to relieve his instincts; she was a young yet but there were those with sick enough minds who would not be deterred. Edrick was a loyal male and once his attention had been snatched by one and his loyalty with it, he would fight with his last breath to defend them. It was obvious to any who might happen by that Taika was of a gentle spirit, enjoying the frivolities of life and that was acceptable to him. Preferred almost to the harsh realities that he had faced before. Still, he would not allow another to come tromping in and crush her hopes. Innocence was a fine thing to keep and he would do damn well all he could to make sure that no one stamped hers out.

Taika trusted him. That much was clear by the way she drops down to her belly and then her back right next to him, teh snowflakes coming down swifter than before and dissipating on her fur. He grins down at her when she pokes her tongue out at him, his tail shifting back and forth so that it would smack into her side even as he lifts one paw and pushes her playfully, gently almost. Wouldn't want Tithe attacking him, he thinks, his eyes shifting back warily to the new male. A lifelong companion of the girl beside of him. Another protector, even if he had been negligent in his protection (according to Edrick).

Taika, that is her name, he thinks after Tithe says it, his lavender eyes once more falling to her as she leaps up and begins to run around them. She is filled with energy and light, like him, and he is tempted to chase after her. "I am thinking that the creatures of magic played with her as well," he says suddenly with a toothy grin. Who could not join her with her play?

His face shutters at the mention of brothers and sisters and he glances down at the ground now, thoughts turning inward. "I have brothers somewhere. I've been searching for them since I've returned here again but haven't found them yet. I do not even know if they are still alive." Heimdallr had been blind the last time he had seen him and Sven was.. gone. Simply disappeared, stolen. His childhood have not been one of fun and play.

His eyes snap up as Taika pounces on Tithe before running to him in a play bow and he grins down at her with mischief in his eyes. "Prince or King, you still bow do me, don't you?" He teases here with a low growl of dominance, puffing out his chest once more in play. He is more toned down with Tithe around but he cannot be kept from his games even by the adult presence of the other male. He stands suddenly, glancing one way and then the other speculatively before back down at her. "We must scare the shadows away so that we can find a place for them. The shadows have stolen their favored glen, you see, and I have not the power by myself to get rid of them. Would you happen to have enough with me to help?" His eyes dare her, flicking up to Tithe in playfulness and wondering if the other shall join in their schemes.
