Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

how long will we blame the devils on our shoulders
and pose like angels on the outside

His scent is one that has lingered before, or at least, it has in these last few moments of the season. Winter, it seems, brings out those in desperate need of a home. They understand the benefits. Food, security, and above all else, their carnal sins feed off these resources. That is why they came, I suppose, these females who reek of strange males. Already I have sent Cersei to the other who had waited by the borders; she is an eager creature despite her immediate relation to Tesseract. Eager and yet, seemingly free from schemes. I am no fool. I know to win over her eagerness so that she may place her loyalty within me rather than fickle blood ties. And so, it is upon me to deal with this secondary female, however.

She is a weary thing, it seems. She loiters out of sight, her scent captured by the wind nonetheless. I cannot help but scout along the borders in response, maintaining my own distance but sure to remain close enough to her. So far, she is not a perceived threat and yet, one can only be curious. After all, she and the other reek of the same male. Why would he send them here? Where is he? Winter brings them in but what does he intend to do once he reaches here? For now, I will focus only on her, though.

Finally, she seems to settle and so, she calls. Of course, it means little for I am already only minutes away. It does not take me long to find her though she sits in the outer regions of the borders; I approach her forwardly, my tail arced and eyes hard on her own. My position here is assured in my stance as I take my place several feet away. For now, I do not speak. I merely watch and wait, expectant that she can put two and two together. I have listened to her call and now, it is her time to explain.
