Romance is in the air...this is probably the most beautiful and scenic place in Blossom Forest. For the athletic and determined to come with their mates, for time away from pups. Only adults may come here; some of the ledges are too far apart for teens or pups to cross and some too high to scale.

I Want a Flood; I Want an Ocean, to Wash my Confusion Clean

The white brute still did not understand why she would want to have walked off the cliff. He had had plenty of times in his life when he had been miserable, not seeing any point in living anymore, but the thought of suicide had never come to his mind. He knew that everyone was different, that everyone reacted differently to emotions and pain. Some reacted violently and angrily, those type reminded him of the wolves that lived in his own pack. Some isolated themselves from the world, not going to friends or family for help, and that reminded him of himself. And then there were those that thought life just needed to end and not continue, and that seemed to be the type of wolf that Karla was. He saw nothing wrong with her, not physically or mentally, but he could not understand why she would want to take her own life away.

The femme came and sat down next to him, and his bright green orbs continued to look at face, wanting to make sure that she was okay. She mumbled a whispered answer to him, his audettes alert to catch her quiet words, "No don't be sorry, you didn't hurt me. I didn't even want to jump." Aimery was glad to hear that. He was not sure how to interact with others, and trying to convince another being not to kill themselves seemed a little more difficult than he was used to. He nodded his head in understanding, not sure what to say so he stayed silent for the time being. Her brown orbs met his green ones with the next question, “Have you ever felt like you didn't belong somewhere?" It was a personal question, and he was not used to others asking him things like that. But he had no friends, no one to talk to, and he definitely felt like he didn’t belong in Abendrot. The young brute only stayed there because his family was there, and he had nowhere else to go. But then again, he never talked to his mother or siblings, and he often wondered if they would notice if he left. And so for once, he spoke honestly to someone, ”Um, actually, yes. I live in Abendrot right now, but it doesn’t feel right, doesn’t feel like home. I went there with my mother and siblings, but I never even see them anymore. I have no friends there and honestly I don’t know what I’m doing with my life. Is that why you came up here?” He hoped that if he was honest with her that she would be honest with him.

The femme stood up, and walked back to the cliff’s edge. Aimery grew nervous, unsure of what she was going to do, and he quickly jumped to his paws, ready to grab her again if she attempted something like before. But she stopped walking and just looked out, and he silently studied her. "It's beautiful up here, I never noticed it." The brute approached her, plume softly wagging behind him as he stood beside her, smiling. ”Yes it is, but it’s not the only beautiful thing up here.” He was not sure what made him say the last bit, and he got anxious, afraid that he had overstepped his boundaries with the beginning friendship. He tensed up, waiting to see what her reaction would be to his words.
