The fiery pup felt the gaze of her compatriot burning across her pelt and eventually moving back to midnight portals. She studied the fealing with interest and Nova sat with patience. She was used to being judged, though not usually in a positive light. She came from a place of strict rules that were clearly staked in tradition. Hence her exile. Her bloody fur and piercing blue gazers were nothing like the onyx pelted, blood colored eyes of her packmates, if she could even call them that. There was nothing ever remotely friendly about the wolves of her previous life, though her blood stained fur might have been the reason for her lack of communication with others. Nova drifted through her thoughts aimlessly waiting for Azula to reply to her question. Her audits perked up and her eyes looked back into her comrades sea foam green pools, “Well Nova Prospekt, there are a few things that brought me here. Something you will learn about myself is that I do not lie and sugarcoat things, if those that ask me questions cannot handle the answers, then they should not have asked.” Nova smirked at the femme fatales reply, she already liked the way she talked, “The pack I was born in was very different than this one. I was forced to kill my own sister and then bred forcibly by my bother before I was even a teenager. I knew if I stayed where I was that the alphas would take my pups and either kill them or force me to do the act. While I did not grow up in a loving home, I already cared for my young before they were born. So I fled with my brother, and father of my kin. We were separated after being followed by some of the leaders in my old pack, but I was able to escape with my son and daughter, Corde and Felan. Now they are a little older than yourself, but they have had a different upbringing as we were on the run. I know I would not fit in with any pack in Blossom, and I needed to find the right one that would fit my, more aggressive nature. And then we found Abendrot.”
Nova nodded, the smirk had slowly dissipated off her features replaced with her stoic façade once again. She was impressed, the femme had been able to stand bearing her own brothers pups, though she wouldn’t have known the emotion attached to bearing pups. But to bring it full circle Azula asked of her own notions to join Abendrot. And Nova Prospekt had to think, she had never sought out Abendrot as a choice, she really had happened to fall upon its borders. Nova took in her surroundings once more reminded of why she had stopped here—the shadows, the darkness, the impending sense of doom, that though frightening to most was intriguing to Nova. Just like her Alpha’s ripped and gory smile. “I am an exile of my former pack. I’m the demon, the unpure. My former pack was strictly rooted in tradition, and anything that did not conform to their rules was exiled or put to death. I was exiled for my bloody coat and different eyes. To be ‘pure’, was to be black furred and crimson eyed and as you can see I am nothing of that sort. I was only exiled because I was the Alpha’s daughter and I was being raised under the Elders. They decided to study me, while they proceeded to murder my mother, classifying her as a nonconformist. She was accused of trying to bring in new blood, which was their explanation of my strange coat color.” Nova paused and took in a breath, her midnight pools focused on Azula’s green orbs, “After my exile I wondered away from the pack and stumbled onto Blossom Forest. As to why I chose Abendrot, it was a matter of conditions. The darkness and controlled destruction appealed to me and so I called. There was no need to search out the other packs, when this one fitted me just right, like yourself Azula.” Nova searched the crème and onyx femme’s face for registered emotion though she expected none.
The fiery pup raised up to her paws and shook out her fur, feeling a bit stale after sitting for so long. “Of what importance are you to Abendrot, rank wise? A fit wolf such as yourself must be of greater importance than the average Omega.” the pups tone was serious. She was not one to joke around, let alone being capable of it. Her life of copy-catting had never allowed her to develop a sense of humor. She could muster sarcasm through her looks and sometimes catty remarks, but otherwise she was serious or silent. Nova looked to Azula, her pools scanned the femmes position, observing her position and emotional status. She wanted to know how this femme functioned so she could adapt traits that favored her. That was the only way she learned. She learned by studying and applying like every wolf, but unlike most she did not have the comprehension of emotional strain and sometimes even physical pain.
