Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

northern winds blow

This is the furthest the girl had ever traveled from the lands of her birth, and yet there is something about the art of exploration that keeps her going. The northern wind is content to travel the world until the end of time if she can manage it, perhaps it is the way of the wind within the girl's soul to crave eternal freedom, to remain unharnessed, this is left up to the debate of others as sad as that may seem, because as far as the girl's heart is concerned the only reason was the maltreatment she had suffered at the words of the other wolves. For now the northern wind is perfectly fine if she is left to her own devices for a little while, that is what the girl seems to tell herself, even though she is not used to being solitary in the least.

The girl knows not what she wants. The northern wind is content to intake the scents of all of nature's gifts around her, and then there's sound and movement, the girl tenses her muscles and that's when she sees him, as a stranger has launched himself before her. Perhaps that with the boy's combined loud-call has her just that little bit off-kilter. She wasn't expecting such a impact or such an entrance. The northern wind is not sure what to think, as he initiate the universal call of a play bow, and for a moment the girl is pulled to react in kind as she does still enjoy a good game, and yet as he seats himself the game is over before it's begun.

The northern wind starts thinking to herself, about the strange boy, about his abrupt entrance, and takes a seat herself as she remains alert and yet slightly pondersome. The girl finds the boy strange, and yet he is not threatening or quite unsettling to her, sure he may seem strange to her but that does not make him bad, maybe she is strange to the boy as well? He speaks to the northern wind now, or at least he attempts to, and yet the girl can understand just fine, she is listening as a good girl might, before offering her own words in kind. "I am afraid I do not have any friends."

Does that seem pitiful of such a young girl as she, to be so young and youthful and in her prime, to not even have a single other that cares what becomes of her, never care if they ever again feel the touch of her aurora eyes, or see the tri-colour of her coat, that such a girl has nobody in the world to care for her? The girl's ears listen as he speaks up again, listening once more as fragile words break the silence, her head tilting just the slightest as she thinks. "Secrets? I would only know some from a land far away..." She does not know if that is what he is looking for, and if it isn't then she knows not any good secrets.
