hello darkness
my old friend
He is nearing the old den when a voice brings him to a dead stop. It is his brother, and he is not too far away. And what sounds almost immediately after even brings the slightest wag to his thick white tail as he remains right where he is. Kronos feels nothing but excitement at the aspect of seeing Cuirass and Eric, and is nothing short of pleased that the red frame of his brother is the first to appear. A rather happy and welcoming yip is given from one Satanican brother to the other, and the more lean one of the pair braces for the expected impact. His own voice is given in return to that yip, but in the way of a playful and welcoming yap. And then they are a laughing tumble mess as the shield collides with the sword, and bright aquamarine eyes close if only briefly to enjoy this long overdue reunion. It is only the icing on top when the chuckle of their Father drifts toward them, and within a tumbled mess of long red and white limbs does the eldest brother shift to better see Eric.
While the tastes of his Mother and Father has always been similar, there has always also been something different to Kronos when it came to Eric. Perhaps it was the fact that he was much more often there, if almost always in the shadows; but there was something welcoming about his presence. If Kronos but reached out, the vampire was something that he could physically grasp. Seline, however, was an entirely different matter. She felt a part of the darkness and the shadows, as liquid as water between rocks and stone. If ever he wished to reach out, she was not there and not something that was welcoming. It was almost the opposite of Eric- but he is young yet, and perhaps he has a tendency to overthink many things. After all, he is here and now with his brother and Father, and it is a pleasant time to be among them once more. He can only wonder just how much has changed in his time away.
Much as expected, their voices come to him with their questions and he wastes no time in answering them both. "Yes, and yes." It was simple and straight to the point, just as he had always been, but it was hardly all that he had to say. Satanicans were not one well known for explaining themselves, and Kronos did not feel the need to do such a thing, but he had always enjoyed sharing his experiences with those closest to him. "I left Moladion after following the girl Everlast out of Asteraia. There are many different wolves and many different lands of the world." Most of his attention had been on Cuirass while speaking, but at the end of his last sentence his intense eyes find those ice blue of his Father. Part of those irises make up his own, and there is a small smile upon his young and refined handsome features as he still has to look up at the white vampire. The brothers are not yet fully grown, after all. "How much of everything have you seen, Father?"
Curiosity burned bright and hot within his features and voice in these moments, for truly he wanted to know. One day, he would take Cuirass out into the word beyond Moladion, and together the Satanican brothers would discover many things. They would travel far and wide, one day when they were ready and more than eager to- and that day would be years and years from now. For the moment, Kronos had no intention of leaving his small family for there was much time to learn and in his brothers case train. The way his brothers muscles defined themselves beneath his red pelt was not lost on the mostly white brother, for sharp eyes could see the result of hardwork and such effort. He would tell Cuirass these things, and soon, if only after Eric answered his questions and satisfied his curiosity. For now.
