Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

THE TANKLIKE SON OF IFRIT & EVERLYSE

He imagined that there might be some antagonism on the part of this wolf, but if Tristan wished the same place as himself, then so be it - for all he was concerned. It was not as though he wanted only to be Arbitrator. Arbiter was close enough, and Engager was his true ambition, if ambition could be labeled on simply wanting security in a home and occupation.

That Eden had suggested that he learn something about his competition, so to speak, only made Panzer more aware of his Alpha - that he did not think overmuch about personal things and thought more about the larger picture. It was amusing, but that right there was learning something about someone. Unintentional? Panzer wondered. It was potential, but unlikely. Eden was rumored to be too clever for even his own good.

Learning about someone who doesn’t even know you exist is even easier, his demeanor learned from his mother and wholly more layered than was easily scavenged from. He would learn about Tristan. He would be one step closer. He would go to Iromar and learn of them. He would become Arbitrator, or maybe even Engager. That was the plan, now to implement it.

He is not overly tall, but neither was he short. He was not immensely heavy, but he also was no feather. What he lacked in speed and endurance, he made up for in agility and strength. It was strange, many misled by his tankish appearance to believe he only had strength on his side. It proved useful for prey who thought they were smaller and therefore quicker than himself. He was build broad, but had come to find he was rather good at using his momentum, adjusting his body, and turning in on himself.

He walks like he has no place to be, or no one to see, meandering even when Tristan came into view in the late morning sunlight that still welcomed all with the bite of coming winter. His white coat with it’s gold markings was hard not to spot - he would certainly never be a thief or spy - but he still allows himself a bit of the game of cleverness. "Oh, hello." he says evenly, young voice intrigued as any wandering young male would be to come upon someone they did not know in their home. "I am new around here and I can’t seem to find the pack center, the name’s Panzer. Would you be able to help a guy out?"
