Aplos Riverside

Moladion’s powerful, winding river...
Aplos River is a broad, slow-moving river originating from somewhere beneath the mountains of Spirane and feeding Iromar’s moors in the south. The northern parts of the river are known for their strong currents, with the water becoming slow moving in the south. The riverbanks vary along its course, ranging from soft hummock grasses to small groups of pine, and sometimes nothing but pebbles and sand. Crossing can be difficult at times, but it can be swam or bridged by fallen trees or boulders alike.

He catches only faint scents upon Eden, not enough to satiate his desire for information. Eden rolls up to sit besides him, and the white ghost sit among the grass as well. It is not often he visits his brother or any family for that matter. It is not needed often. Ava is beyond capable of handing things on her own. She is their Mother, the creator of them all, and yet she chooses to linger in the land of Eden. He is her creation, and one meant to rule Glorall. Anselm- the name he will have only for Ava and his siblings, is not meant for such rulership, but instead for other matters that involve more...movement from one place to the other if need be.

Eden confirms that Mother lives in Glorall still, and the naturally handsome yet wild looking wolf nods his head only slightly, ears continuing to listen as Eden does speak. He speaks words that brings a slightly ruffle to his disheveled look. Violet eyes, slashed with orange, seek out Eden's, searching them for any sort of foul play. Yet he knows Eden would not lie about this fact that he presents. His nose wrinkles slightly, eyes narrowing but little reaction is seen beyond there. Perhaps a natural aura of irritation.

He thinks of how this could be. His mind had pieced together that Heyel was their sire, but Heyel would have been dead come Ava's conception for more siblings. This is, of course, that he was correct in this assumption. Mother always said she would tell them who their father was once he was dead. Well, now he would find such things out.

Eden's answer to his question was boring at best. Anselm supposed that he would be this 'somebody' or 'something interesting'. Perhaps it was simply fate that brought them back together. Eden asks another...questionable question, and really, any interesting thing he found would be Eden and the information he presented about Mother on this day with broken clouds and sun.

"They are not of our same blood," he states bluntly. "They are not of us- they cannot be," he continues, ""Heyel was dead before conception could take place." He states it as fact, that he knows that Heyel is their father, although such a fate has never been confirmed. He has the face of Heyel, he has always found it odd that Heyel would linger around them, attempt to be there in strange ways as if to be somewhat fatherly. Too many things pointed to the answer, and only Ava had the truth- or so Anselm thinks.

"Has Mother confirmed to you who our father is since his death?" he asked, eyes slowly going over Eden's face, seeing how it has changed over the years. Perhaps Ava spoke to Eden about it. Anselm did not expect Ava to come find him to give him such confirmation after Heyel's death. She was the kind to make other come to her.
