One would think that a naturally dominant creature as the Monster would crave in sheer delight by seeing another grovel at her paws. Sadly though that was not the case. Groveling was a dramatic display of weakness and she was not one to tolerate such a thing. A mere lowering of the head and tail was quite suffice and already she heard the apology from the other for trespassing. That was all that was needed especially since Vaya was highly aware of the fact that she was in the wrong. If Vaya did not apologize in the first place, then Tick Tock would force the she-wolf to do so, but luckily for her she wasn’t foolish enough to not admit she was in the wrong. Moving past the cowering young she-wolf she tilted her dial and with a sway of her tail easily summoned the girl to follow.
It would be in Tick Tock’s best interest to see what the young girl was capable of. Everyone had their strengths even if they didn’t realize they had any at first. The Monster was interested to see just what Vaya had that would be of use to her. Her half-torn ear twitched when she heard the squeaking voice from Vaya and with a gruff snort the Monster continued to walk. Dark paws carried her over the melting snow, the thick green grasses were popping up, displaying that spring had returned and would bring with it new life, which also meant – new food source.
Eventually the two would come across a luscious green field that barely held any traces of cold, white snow. There within the field was a light tawny four-legged creature, an adorable fawn. The little delectable animal was far from its own Mother and in the perfect setup for two wolves to take it down. Sapphire eyes darted from the fawn and back to the she-wolf beside her, tilting her head forward, she gave permission for Vaya to come closer. Softly she speaks to the girl giving her a stern order. If the girl wanted to eat...then she would eat well after all...Tick Tock was hungry too.
“Vaya, do you see that fawn over there, we are going to get it. Chase the fawn in my direction...and you’ll have a decent meal.”
