Quietly she continues her leisure stroll through the tall assortment of trees within her domain. It was no surprise by the amount of emerald green and the plethora of colorful flowers that Spring had finally arrived. This year she would not be delivering new life. Last year she delivered her second and final litter. She was not one that wanted a large family or many children to begin with. At the age she and her imprint achieved they were not overwhelmed with the desire or necessity to play into their instinctual needs during Winter. Besides she needed to spend her entire focus on all her members. Her children reached their first year and although there were numerous things she had yet to teach them, she knew that they would learn what they needed to know in no time. After all she wasn’t going anywhere, not until she knew they were ready to survive and overcome each obstacle life would throw at them.
Dark paws were placed firm upon the ground, the green grass below bent underneath her weight, leaving a trail behind her. Obsidian thick fur held a speckle of grey along the tips that were just now being noticeable underneath the blazing sun. Her movements earlier that morning had been stiff, but now her muscles were warm, and her movement fluid once more. Tick Tock was well aware that the changes she was going through could not be evaded, but she could work with it and learn how best to deal with it. For now though she was focused on an entirely different matter. One of her own spoke of the latest topic stretching through Moladion. There was talk of attacks, loner wolves attacking others, and thankfully she didn’t hear about any remarks that matched the description of her members.
The Monster understood that some of her members craved wolf flesh, and yet, all them were smart enough not to leave any sort of evidence or witness to their deed. Even Tobias was clever enough. She was sure the wolves doing these attacks were not her own, but there was mention that one of them belonged to Asteraia before. There had been whispers that the wolves from the Mountain were discussing the lifestyle of Asteraia with other wolves, and she wondered, if any of them would have the gall to actually discover the truth. Nothing bad was happening within the fields. Her members were taken care of, her home was well protected. All in all things were going well and she was proud that her members were continuing to further their purists. Galileo was always forthcoming with new and interesting information, Anima showed she was capable of stealing, and Cuirass was becoming such a fine prodigy. The others kept to themselves, and yet, they provided their own unique skill to help better the pack. Quietly she continued her peaceful meander, enjoying the rays of the morning sun, and ready for another day of being Alpha of Asteraia.
