Hellene had been trying to sleep, her lids heavy. The warmth on her back from the sun in comparison to the chill of the ice and snow beneath her was a lovely contrast that evened out into the perfect combination of temperatures. Slowly, her shades drooped further and further, until at last she was nearly asleep... And that was when the sound of giggling awoke her. Her pads pulled up over her auds, pinning them down, but even still she could not drown out the sound of whatever faeling was being wooed. It was downright annoying - she knew that teenagers tended to be overly lusty, but wasn't that what Romance River was for? To save the rest of the wolves from having to witness that ridiculousness?
When she realized that she would not be falling back to sleep, she rose with a huff and shook out her pelt, snorting when she turned her cranium, searching for the source of the obnoxiousness... And that was when her ambers landed upon a fairly familiar bodice - a young kalak. A smirk fell upon her kissers as she watched Brendon flirt with the fae near him. She was a young, snowy white flirt of a thing, dainty. Likely useless. Hellene chuckled to herself before approaching the pair - this would be amusing.
Now, Hellene was short. She was pretty, but she did not have the height or the muscling of her sister. But she had a temper that would scare just about anyone, and over the years had perfected the use of a glare. Now, she turned it upon the strumpet, approaching from behind Brendon. "Scram, honey, before I decided to stain your pelt." Her ambers watched the fae turn up her nose and trot away before she dropped her facade and started laughing. Turning toward Brendon, she shook her head. "What do you go after things like that for, Brendon? They are useless long term and probably have a head filled of air."
