Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

I want to learn to love in kind

Ears had perked as she heard the other three of the fantastic four had found their own things to do in no time. She blinked puzzledly, finding it both a miracle and yet so natural that they would have lost their attention to a casual conversation. It was perfect and it would allow her to take her very own resting spot near him. She stood up, angling herself so that she would lie beside Herschel- on the left side- and shyly brush her shoulder against him. Having grown up with a mute father, she much liked actions over words at times. She had never been so close to a stranger before, but he had such a comforting aura about him. It was enchanting.

The black and white faced she-wolf had eyed him in a careful manner, tail swishing slow but contempt. A right ear would twitch when he spoke, self-consciousness feeling abrupt in her yet she gulped it down to keep it away. There was no use in being so aware of herself, she was certainly beautiful and held such femininity physically. As she listened, Liah realized that he was right. Not everyone close to you will live and die together at the same pace. Not everyone would keep their bonds with others as they would like. Obstacles just do not fair in the love and friendship for others, it does not feel wavered about them. They become tested thoroughly instead, and sometimes such as the first generation of the Fantastic Four, two remain alive, the others, not. She nodded with a half-smile as she was feeling such sorrow for those that have lost those kinds of connections. Liah has yet to see this first-paw.

As he turns his head slightly and has his eyes focused elsewhere, she loses her smile and lowers her head to her crossed paws. Head tilted curiously for him, and when he looks up, she raises her head at the same time. A most captivating smile caught her lowered guard and her ears and face grew hot. She was most certainly blushing under her fur. Suddenly, her own smile had come back, yet it was more than that. It was present in her eyes, her lips, her heart; she felt for this boy like no other and she wasn't sure why but she wasn't about to stop it. Tangerine halo'd greens shone herself obviously swooned and her heart pounding like she had just gone for a swim again.

His wariness for her decision-making had her almost wanting to faint. Was he really this open-minded? Or did he not trust that she wanted all her attention after him? Well, she would answer no matter his agenda. "I am fine laying here with you. Perhaps we can join them later." she offered bashfully. A scavenger hunt might be fun, but she felt it easier to allow her anxiety to lay calm from the other three wolves. They were so very social, and although she was certainly very shy being here with just one wolf, it wasn't as bad as she thought to be alone with him. Her motivational levels to be familiar with Herschel went beyond her anxiety to open up to anyone outside of family. "You mentioned stars," she began, head tilting in a cute bit of curiosity, "I want to learn more about them. The stars are so stationary yet some are so much brighter than others, different shades of color. Larger, even. Do those things mean anything about the stars?" It was much like her to be so curious over one's input on something. Stars have always intrigued her, and so she wondered if he had answers or theories as to why some would look so different. Perhaps she was even wrong about stars being so still. She hadn't paid much attention as to where one specific star would be the next night.
