She did not actually want the food. It meant little to nothing to her. Despoina was really just bored. Her target snatched away, she tried to shift to snap at it again and missed, her fangs closing on her own tongue. With a yelp and a snarl, she shifted again to be on her feet and facing her target. Lips peeled back in a bleeding snarl, she laughed. “Sorry, my mother taught me nothing.”
While the other woman bristled and posed to be dominant, Depsoina took similar action. Only now taking stock of the fight she was trying to pick. What she saw made her curious. They were the same, but opposite. This stranger had an interestingly feminine body but a head that would have been harder to shape using natural herbs. While Despoina’s form was bulky and muscular, supporting a very feminine and sleek head. Eleanor’s scent confused her further and held her attention. It was similar but very different from the other she had come across. For seasons she had noticed something was strange about those she met, or maybe there was something strange about her. This just confused her further and she did not know what to make of it,
“What the fuck!?” She snarled more to herself than to the wolf in front of her. Most wolves would have aimed these words at Eleanor. Despoina at this time was more enraged at herself. “What the fuck is wrong with me? What the fuck is wrong with you?!” Steel eyes flashed in rage brought on by confusion. She needed to rip into something and tear it to shreds. Launching herself forward again, her jaws wide she aimed for the pheasant. No matter what her teeth sank into, she was going to destroy it. “Why do they all smell so good!?”
