Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.
During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!
Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

deceiver
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
What had been done was done, if there really was a thing called fate here then it was left to that, he bristled with the knowledge that someone had been following him, he doubted it was Eden though alphas have pack wolves for that sorta thing to busy with other things to break a sweat for one wolf. He would speak with Hecate later about it all, he needed to get his mind off what had just happened… It had definitely been a close call he would need to be more careful from now on how he did things, his large paws move effortlessly across the landscape of the beach and across the pack to the border to find their home den, with Illy vanished and Inna missing he hadn’t spent a whole lot of time with his family, it made him feel bad but there was no excuse to not visit right?
He came to the edge of the densite to find his golden goddess waiting for him, "my darling," he purred towards her as he felt a new swing take his gait to a bit of a bouncing jog as he closed the gap between them. "good news, Eden is sending out wolves to help find Inna" he said burying his face into the softness of her fur. It had been hard for him when Inna had gone missing bringing up old memories he had thought he had suppressed, he didn’t want what happened to him become her fate as well it was more likely to happen to females he knew and.. the whole thing made him shiver as he leans into Hecate. After a deep breath he pulled away looking at Hecate with a soft smile he would not burden her with his thoughts on the matter, she probably already had her own ideas.
"Now, since we have more help I thought we could take a moment to get the pack a thank you gift or two for all their help?" he says leaning his head to the side and wagging his tail, the two hadn't hunted together in a long while and he figured it would loosen the stress of the two adults "what would you like to go after?" he had ideas but he was sure with their teamwork they could bring down whatever they chose.
