At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

Tall, lean pillars slowly navigated through the rough forest terrain, olive portals scanning the foliage. Auds were constantly on the prowl for the noise of any oncoming predators, and her nares were flooded with the stale scents of previous wolves who'd traversed through here many moons before. All the while, Kythera's mind was abuzz. Ever since wandering into the strange forests that the two-legged creatures had not yet touched, she'd felt... at peace. In the outside world, Kythera had been jumpy and skittish. Not to say that she wasn't cautious in Blossom, but it was certainly much more relaxing to not have to watch for traps set by the creatures. However, if things didn't change for her, this forest would leave her a miserable mess. Shadows began to linger in the back of her mind; the only time lyrics had escaped her kissers was when she was speaking to herself. The fae couldn't remember the last time she'd conversed with another soul, and it was beginning to kill her on the inside. Yes, she was shy, but not having contact with another wolf so long would leave any wolf begging for a companionship.

Perhaps it was the scent of fresh, clean water that attracted her, or maybe her mind had mindlessly brought her to a place where fresh water was to be found. Either way, Kythera was drug out of her oblivion as her creamy pelt breached the treeline of the forest. Lo and behold, a crystalline lake appeared in front of her, untouched by pollution. The surface was crystal clear unlike the undying mass of green sea the femme was so used to. An audible sigh escaped the tip of her maw; thirst had been eating away at her throat ever since she'd left the shelter by the stream she had slept in for a few days. The spongy, leafy ground of the forest gradually gave way to the mass of sand that formed the shore of the lake. The softness felt like clouds to Kythera; seeing that there were few other wolves scattered around the shore, the vixen childishly flopped down into the sand and began to roll around in it. Soon enough, sand mingled in with her long, feathery pelt. The feeling of sand irritating her skin was nothing new to her. In fact, she embraced the annoyance. It reminded her of home...

Picking herself back up on her feet, the fae happily trotted towards the deep blue water. The still surface, now touched by her presence, began to stir, and tiny waves rippled out from the place she entered. The coolness seeped into her fur, and then into her skin, and she could feel the refreshing cool within her bones themselves. Closing her orbs, Kythera lifted her kissers to the sky, relaxed for the first time in a while.
