There has been much concern within my mind of late, for perhaps it is so since the passing of Heyel that much of my family has given to look to myself, in a way, as the Matriach of all that is Angel. Yet with such things come much worries to my mind. Perhaps it is so I have retired as Queen of Diveen yet one does not retire from caring. This I do not think can be done and always my mind is filled with worry for my children, each of them, for my grandchildren and those who is calling Diveen home, once my wolves, then Achilles and now it would seem daughter my own- Solara. In this I am most content, for it is so Achilles is choosing to move away from that which he had so be chosen for and in this I do not begrudge, for I cannot. Heyel had often spoken of purpose, of the power within the blood of any and every Angel to be greater then those around them and I thinking perhaps- that never was it so my Achilles is being designed to lead. No. He had come to return Diveen to us from those unworthy, this is being his victory and it is one most grand and unforgotten. Now it is so he is leaving another to lead, for to lead is no task most easy, to lead is to be all, to account for all, to bare the weight of all and yet I is having faith in my Solara. I is believing and I am thinking perhaps- this is all she is needing.

It is a smile most gentle that traces my lips as it is so I move towards the place I too had once stood with me Kane, where Heyel had stood before us, where Achilles had stood and now Solara and in this I am most proud- of each of them, of each of us- our family. One so vast, so powerful and yet rising every still in the wake of those who is coming before us. My paws of snowy white and fur marked in red ad dark glow softly in the light of the sun as it is so I move through those who has gathered, form brushing agianst my Meryl and Yin, head nodded now to the boy whom has come from the mountains. I wonder still of Spirane, if and when Danearys, she whom I have stood so long beside, will rise once more to take what is her own. Perhaps she will and perhaps she will not- but always there will be place for her amongest us, I is being sure, for Angel and Mountainborn have long walked side by side and if it is so she seeks here to retire then I is being most pleased to hear it. My mind wonders of Zeus though I care not to waste thought upon him or any like him, my meeting with him had been unpleasant, his mind clouded with a fog even I could not seek to life though perhaps I had tried. More so perhaps, my thoughts linger upon Voltaire and I feel a knot most great that rises within my chest at the loss of a Warrior so grand, a warrior whom had served Heyel, myself, Achilles….. and whom had been lost so needlessly. I would not forget my friend, I could not. Perhaps it is so that I have begun to grow older and more tired with each passing day but I do not forget and if she seeks it so there is much, surely, I have to speak of to Solara as it is so I climb higher.

I is not caring if it is so she is being Queen- she is still being my daughter and it is being right of Mother, I am sure, to be embracing her as such, moving to wrap my neck about her own a moment now. I is not caring if all of Diveen is seeing such a thing, Mother is being embarrassing sometimes- this I know, this is my job I am sure, my muzzle moving to touch her own before words find her ears alone.

“I is being most proud of you, my Solara, don’t not forget this. Many who is coming before you is being great, you is being too, one day. Do not be forgetting though, that greatness is many things and is found in many ways- be as you think is right, only you may decide this. Always I is watching over you as Heyel is watching me.”

I smiled once more, delicate lips pulled softly upward as the violet of my gaze met the mismatched hue of her own, the colours Heyel had so disliked, though indeed he had loved Solara still. I remember most surely the days he had spent beside her, days I is sure he is teaching her to be doing her hair….I hope it is more then that. My own head moves now, dipping in a manner befitting the respect of a Queen before it is so I move to turn away, to seat myself within the shade and amongst the others I had known for years so long, the friends and family we is building. There is peace today and I am most pleased of that. Heyel,I is thinking, would be proud this day.
