Something was wrong.
He could feel in his gut and he hated it. It was probably Edrick again that caused this squirm of distaste that was not completely his own. He could always tell when she was upset. The very first time she met she had been deeply hurt from the dual colored brute, so much so that she had hurt herself, and thus far it felt she wasn’t doing anything like that but he could tell from the burn that it was him and no one else. A rumble set in his chest, he was careful not to be too far away from her, but still he tried to give her any space she needed. Imprinting was an interesting thing. If she needed him he’d know, such was the way of their bond. Taika and Los would move on soon as she was ready for it. She was getting rounder and winter was almost to an end he knew he would probably be watching, or digging, pending on how she could do it he might do it for her just to make sure she wasn’t giving birth in some random clearing in the open or something. For now though he was content relaxing nearby waiting for any signal that it was time for them to go.
He didn’t really care that there was someone else wandering upon him. He sat in the shade of the trees, looking out over the water his garnet red eyes narrowed as his slate and light grey ear tipped back clearly looking annoyed. His tail flicked very much like an annoyed cat’s as he felt another pang of whatever it was Taika was feeling in regards to her lover. He spotted that white female walking into his eyeshot. His piercing eyes locking onto her as she made her way to the water and lapping it up, nothing obviously exciting. His eyes wander away, disinterested in her actions though he notices out of his peripherals that she spotted him and stared in his direction.
After a few moments of this the brute spoke. ”If you have something to say, say it. Otherwise continue on your way.” He says in his low rumble of a voice, eyes not fixing on her but instead off over the lake. Really he doubted she wanted anything. She probably was just surprised he was there or that she didn’t notice him. Los shifted slightly before looking out of the corner of his eye at her, his usual more neutral stony look all he was offering her until she did or said something.
