Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Abel may think that I no longer stalk him in the shadows, but I have simply gotten better at it. I am better at everything I do as my body grows and my mind sharpens even more than fang. I also stalk Eden and well...anyone and everyone that comes into my sight or smell. Perhaps I would be considered nosy or curious. I simply must gather information...it could always be useful one day.

That is why my senses tingle this day as I hear a cry out in the sky. It may not be for me, but do I care? No. If you make nose, expect unexpected visitors. There are other ways to get attention without getting the prying eyes of Eve upon you. I shake out my white fur, a small flecking of grey remaining in my fur as I stand and stretch. I feel the blood running through my veins and my muscles reacting to my thoughts.

Glorall is a place I knew very well now. I breeze through sand and shore these days. I wonder what it is that has compelled one to call out this day. I find my lips pulling back in a smirk as I use the occasional rock as cover as I see wolves in the distance gathering.

I do not expose myself but nor do I particularly try to hide. I watch the gathering of Eden with a strange male, and my abomination of a 'brother' joining in...and eventually that of a stranger. I find that I cannot hear so well what is going on, and shift unhappily. I sneak from behind the rock, allowing myself to be in the open. They seem rather...distracted honestly. I don't think anyone will notice me quite yet. I hear the last words of Eden- how Abel's pain will be alleviated. Then Abel's ramblings, insulting of myself included somewhere within. I smirk as I sit my butt down. I don't care if they see me now as my green eyes flecked with haunting black stare down at the situation at hand.

I find that my skin tingles and my jaws tighten. Something is happening. Something. I almost want to jump out of my skin and make time rush forward so I can know what the hell is going on. The foreign female does not seem to be unwelcome, not yet, and Eden does not seem to care. I wonder what Eden is up to- that sly brother of mine. Does he think he can get away with anything without me knowing? He better not grow to underestimate his little sister too much...or let him be surprised, I suppose.
