The banded witch began to eat her meal silently, but as she did she found herself feeling as if she wasn't alone. Her emeralds narrowed into the darkness, swallowing a chuck of meat before she stood. She walked out into the open a few steps before stopping to sniff the air. Her head snapped in the direction of a voice from behind her. . "Brought me a midnight snack, have you darling? Perhaps you thought that the rabbit would appease me? But dare I say - yes of course I do - you look much tastier than that dead rabbit." Her hackles rose at the man but quickly went down, spinning to face him. She stood before him, her orbs looking him over. Now was a time she wished she had trained more with Halina, he was bigger than her. "Mind your tongue. Killing me would leave all of Abendrot looking for you. Halina would make sure of it." She answered with little to no emotion and no fear.

Halina was beautiful and a great leader and mother to her, but now the banded beauty just liked to be alone. She liked fending for her own and even moved out of the den. She could still count on Halina avenging her if it really came down to it, she'd stop at nothing, wouldn't she? "What do you want with me? And who are you?" She questioned, her voice to the point and angry. How dare he threaten her? Her head rose to meet her full height, yet she was still smaller than him.
