His brow raised at the femme as she grew defensive. He chucked under his breath before she spoke. "We may not be well known for fighting, but that does not mean we do not have them. At least my pack doesn't keep slaves and prisoners and torture the weak!" She growled at him. He chuckled again and his lips parted for him to speak. "Watch it, I just might take you as my prisoner and torture you. I can practically smell your fear." He spoke, rolling his rubies.

The Spartan watched her carefully. She realy did seem to fear him. But how was a Borealis wolf supposed to know better about Abendrot? "Why? Why choose that way of life? Why are you so set upon killing others when not in battle or war?" For a moment he paused, looking at her blankly. Then he spoke. "It was my old task - When I was home and faught in war. It wasn't bad, yes I realized some men were dying innocent men . . . But they all should've died after what they did. I was out scouting, away from everyone to pick off loners who wandered to close to us. While I was doing so they took the time to go around and kill my family and our army in their sleep. It didn't stop there - They killed everyone in our pack. My mother and sisters, they were innocent." His rubies stared down into her orbs. "So forgive me if I don't find every life worth saving."

"Hellene." He raised his brow as she coughed and looked away. "That's my name. You were right about me being from Aurora Borealis. I'm their Delta and their head healer." He nodded. "Meaning that I know about all sorts of poisons... Not just healing herbs. So don't go about thinking you can get away with anything, mister." He chucked. "How cute. Love, I have more respect for women than you seem to think. Don't think you know me."
