News 08.08.2021
Change was long overdue in Spirane. Now that I have learned who is still an active presence within the pack, the ranks have been updated. As I once took time away from the pack, so too now shall Kalseru. Know that she is still second in command of the pack, as is reflected in her rank. Once you are familiar with the new ranking system, if you would like to change positions or move up in the ranks you need only ask. Let this be a time of new life in Spirane, and a promise of great things to come!

When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies, but the pack survives.

Rhaegal
Snow crunched softly beneath gray paws in the late hours of night, though it was not altogether dim there upon the mountainside. Despite the clouds that blotted out many and more of the stars, the moon still peaked through on occasion and its glow reflected off the hard packed white snow, illuminating Rhaegal's passage down the mountain. It was good to be home, he was glad of it, and it seemed that perhaps the pack could finally relax as nearly a year had come and gone since Daenery had returned to power. The mountain deserved its hard earned peace, after the tumultuous time that Roman had forced it into for his own gains. And yet, Rhaegal held no grudges - truly he never given the usurper even a passing thought since his removal by the very mountain people themselves. He was home, his family was reunited, and above all else he knew where he could find Bastille now that she had come home as well. It was the lofty den to which she had been born that he now descended from, finding her asleep while his own mind raced with the urge to do something, and yet he had not wished to disturb his partner in crime, his best friend, his...his mind turned aside as other thoughts and notions came to him.

Presently, when the loud and demanding series of howls rang through the midnight air, Rhaegal's ears flicked backwards - he hadn't wanted to wake up Bastille, but if whoever was making such a ruckus carried on that way much longer even Alcide might roll over in his grave. The princeling was not so much annoyed by the vocalization, but simply concerned why someone would feel the need to raise such an alarm at this hour. So he took up a hastened lope, careening down the familiar paths until he thought he was within range of the caller. Slowing his long, lean legs, he sniffed the air and adjusted his path accordingly until he found himself approaching not one, but two wolves. One was a beautiful young shewolf adorned in red, silver, and black, while the other was the unmistakable face of Tychon. Rhaegal hadn't met Arthfael's chosen guest before, but he'd been informed of him and it was nearly impossible to take him for anyone else. From the sounds of things he hadn't been pleased at all to be brought into the pack; but then again here he was, first on the scene to investigate the arrival of a foreigner. Hearing the less than cordial greeting he practically spat at the shewolf, Rhaegal jogged forward with a half cocked grin on his maw.

"I think what he meant to say was, 'good evening.'" Rhaegal glanced towards Tychon without a shred of malice on his face, good natured in such things as these. "After all, Tychon, we wouldn't want to chase such a beautiful young lady away, would we?" He flashed a charming grin in Aster's direction, adding a wink for good measure. "Name's Rhaegal, what can I do you for?" It was perhaps this charming and fun-loving attitude that made Arthfael feel such disdain towards him (of course saying nothing for the numerous pranks he and Bastille had played on Viserion's closest friend). But that didn't stop Rhaegal from being exactly who he was - a confident, charismatic young male with the world at his paws.
