Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

Soma
Wanderlust - Loves no Heart - Seeks no Soul - Taika x Los

She felt terrible. This was why she didn’t go out, didn’t leave. He wasn’t mean, if anything he was really nice and now he probably hated her for screaming and being so terrified of him. There was a lot Aiden didn’t know about Moladion. Most of it was good, but like most lands where there was good there was the downright bad and evil. Soma and her family had met the brunt force of such a thing. If it hadn’t been for her father Masque and Soma probably would have been dead, maybe their mother too. Her father said it was all some ‘Halcyon’s’ fault (he might have embellished the story a bit) that any of them were ever hurt in the first place. He was much more careful now to be sure none of them were taken to a pack against their will, but Taviora protected Soma and Masque and for now as long as they were visiting the forest packs they were keeping her mother and father safe too.

He didn’t seem angry though. He seemed to relax even more so when he told her it was okay letting her tail give a few waves. So it was okay she was scared? Soma was happy he wasn’t upset at her and her tail continued waving when he apologized for scaring her. ”I still am sorry…” She says ears falling back for a moment before her ears tilted forward again as he replied to her next question.

”That’s good… I didn’t mean to be in your way, I didn’t know anyone was coming, I’m sorry.” Apologizing was second nature to her, she couldn’t help herself but apologize a lot. It felt like all she could do sometimes to placate those around her. She was just nervous around everyone. Her father accidentally fueled her with fear of others it was why she was so nervous of everyone and everything even though she hadn’t experienced many others herself. Thus far she has had good experiences but her scars were enough of a reminder that not everything was great out there.

When he said he was alone she looked immediately alarmed. ”You mean your mom and dad aren’t close by? How do you stay safe from the bad wolves?” She still was unaware he wasn’t from around here. But he soon replied to her that she was alone and she shrunk again slightly. Yes she was but she was okay, he wasn’t. He wasn’t from Taviora. She knew that much from his scent. Taviora was a safe place and it wasn’t far away. If she screamed or called out or howled someone would come from Taviora to see what was going on. At least she thought they would.

”I live in the pack nearby, my mom, dad and sister are all there. They are nice wolves.” She starts a bit sheepishly. ”Mom moved there after… the incident.” But what Soma didn’t know was that it still wasn’t guaranteed her parents would stay there forever. Honestly they would likely leave someday to wander once more but Soma was still blissfully unaware of that possibility. ”I-it’s not far but I mean if you want to come with me home to make sure I’m safe that would be really nice. I can watch you too, you know?” She said shuffling nervously in the snow.
