She didn't make much noise, she felt that he knew too well of her growing irritation enough so that he didn’t keep her from the bay beneath them for too long. She moved more boisterously straying a little father from Thoth that she expected but her curiosity took over as she sniffed the earth before being drawn to a small set of rocks that stood out from the others. It was strange the thing she found her tongue drawing away from it as her teeth sank into it with ease. It was new and she wasn’t particularly pleased with the thing between her jaws but she would carry it back to her companion anyways.
Perhaps he never noticed her absence and with ease she stalked back into his space. She had been unaware of what he was up to and when he spun around to face her with his teeth bared she glared letting out an audible but muffled growl as she pressed into his space with a cold glare she quickly put the pieces together and relaxed her features and moved to put the sponge into Thoth’s maw and if she couldn’t she would drop it at his paws as she wanted to lick away the odd taste that lingered on her lips.
Sekhmet waited for Thoth to observe the thing she gave him whilst trying to cleanse herself of the salty taste before feeling up to exploring again. She moved towards him her teeth eager to nip at his cheek or ruff before walking down the shoreline careful to make sure Thoth was with her; at least within a close enough distance, she didn’t feel the need to search for him. She moved close to the water's edge; a shiny thing just underneath a few inches of the water. Sekhmet glowed and watched interestedly in taking it as her own.
