Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

I noticed that more and more young wolves were brought into the world after the snow melted. I have now seen three winters with my own eyes, and the result was always the same. Someone made more pups, and my green eyes flecked with liquid black were intent on finding some of the new ones this day.

I have seen much in this world so far, but I know that I have many more years to go. I have much to do as my body becomes fully fleshed out. I am much larger than before, much stronger, but my fur still stays just as brilliant. My pink nose follows a trail, knowing that scents I do not exactly know are close. Well, I know of some of them. There are many that reside in Glorall, and I am a...curious girl I guess. I must know all the goings on in the pack.

Thus, my ears perk when I hear movement near by. I dart behind a tree, only letting one eye peek out with brush all around. I see the Glorall pup, using his voice now- but not in my direction. A bit to my right. My green and black eyes twitch over to see the dark pup sauntering over towards the Glorall pup.

I feel my fur ripple. This one does not belong here. I do not hesitate to push forward now, not afraid to make a bit of noise with my shoulders forward and head high. I march on grass, my ears catching that she is of Diveen and trespassing upon Glorall- disrespecting my blood's land. I feel my face twisting into a displeased growl. The boy already had a commanding presence for one so young- but I like to think my wicked eyes and sharp face give my own poisonous dominance to the situation.

I come from behind and slightly to the left of the girl. I do not stop until I am almost over her, my form superior to hers with age. I let my poison eyes glare down upon her, fangs slipping from my lips. Pompous wrench- unworthy. My Mother may have come from Diveen long ago, but she is of Diveen no more. Glorall does not have open borders- and I plan to drive this thing out.

"Dare you demand a word from a Glorian, whose soil you defile? Leave before I rip your back off, trespasser, he owes you no words," I say with a scathing hot voice as I look down upon her, the sun illuminating my bright fur while casting a shadow upon her. I let my lips twitch, eyes not leaving Wren's as I tense my muscles- prepared to chase or for whatever my come from such a...small, small thing.
