Oh she wanted nothing more than to find a dark and cool spot and fall asleep. It was difficult to sleep, and she was running ragged. It wouldn’t do her well at all if she was to continue her role and she was extremely tired. Soon it would be fall and she would be grateful to feel the cool touch of autumn. It would be nice to tuck herself away within her cave beside her imprint and his mate, their close presence was something she cherished. If only time would spin faster so that she would no longer have to suffer the grueling presence of the heat and sun. Happily she stood within the wet bank of the river, pondering the thought if she should enter the water and its cool touch flow over her back and up against her side. It would be nice, and yet, she knew she could not stay here for long.
There were many things to do and places to go within the fields. However, she would stay here if only a moment longer. Her dark ears would twitch as she heard the sound of someone coming by. Sapphire eyes that held a grey film to them, shifted back and forth as she attempted to find the one making the noise. She could make out a white figure approaching her, and for a moment she was hoping it was the elder male she hadn’t seen in so long. It wasn’t him, but she wasn’t disappointed. The Monster was beginning to think if she needed to venture out to the moors to see if the child made it. As she speaks and dives into the water the Monster remains hauntingly still, watching the girl for a moment. Casually she took a step towards the young she-wolf, both ears pointed forward with interest her cold voice slithering out ever so carefully.
“All right, do tell me Jakuta, I am eager to know.”
