Lightning flashed through Inanna’s body. The gentle rain she had been when she had first greeted the stranger vanished in the whirlwind the other wolf had brought with her. The quick approach was met with equally drawn fangs and a snarl that ripped through the skies like the storms her savior had mastered. Through the calm around them she felt the chaos grip her for the moment. White fur stood on end. Her eyes flashed with the electricity that burned in her. Barely a pack wolf, but she was a pack wolf and this place was her’s. A stranger should so more respect for another’s territory. Inanna stood her ground and lowered her bared weapons to meet the attack of the barreling beast.
Sekhmet halted her approach, though still issued a warning that was met in turn. Once the younger pup turned away, Inanna calmed just enough to sheathe her daggers. Just below her skin she could still feel the impending heat, the rage that could be called forward any time. She had given herself an important mission, she was not about to let another intrude on her mission. Her eyes narrowed in further questioning of the pup. Once more a lip lifted to show a single knifepoint. You’re too close. She growled low, her voice a lighter timber but the subtle roll of a brewing storm. Her nose pointed up the beach, towards the rocky outcropping that would lead to the borders of Diveen. That way, is a better view. The terrain was broken and chopped, rocks cut to cracks by the dividing rivers and shifting of stone make-up. There were very few plants and herbs that interested the blossoming witch there, she might as well send the stranger in the opposite direction she was heading. She did not care if the other caused problems for other packs. A little part of her did not really care if she caused for Glorall, save for a few there still held a place in her heart, she felt as though they would be able to take care of themselves if Sekhmet poked too close to their homes. For now, she was too close to her own to be forgiving after Sekhmet’s first, very impressing, greeting.
