for serious though always down for like, anything. i have:
child-wise, i don't have anyone who matches darby's age. however, i do have 2 teenagers:
- thoth: 16 years old, grumpy af, juvenile genius. suspicious of people in general (has had a lot of bullying issues) and doesn't make friends easily. lives in the castle.
- sapphire: 13 years old, "problem child" from inner city birmingham on earth. is currently in foster care in the castle. saph is quite sweet when you get to know her, but she comes across very rough - swears constantly, gets into fights, etc.
alternatively, i also have the unborn angela:
- angela: currently unborn, the illegal child of a deity (mallos) and a pirate (croe). she'll be played as very spoilt, ruthless, with a machiavellian intelligence which she uses from an early age to manipulate people. definitely not the type to make friends with darby - would be more of an antagonist (possibly a bully or someone who poses as darby's friend to use her). any plotting would obv need to wait until after she's born and aged a bit!
non-childwise, i have:
- tahl: i am currently desperate to find a direction for tahl so any plots would be welcome. he's 19 years old and a very, very powerful demigod - he's a genie (can grant wishes, often uncontrollably) and just won omniety so will pick up another big power (probably unlimited shapeshifting or possession), but he has a bit of an aversion to magic in general and keeps very quiet about his powers. he has no friends or family aside from his naggy familiar, ihintza. he has no job, no hobbies, his favourite activity is sleeping, and he's lazy af. he really needs to find something that he's good at and enjoys. vaguely thinking about shoving him in the medical career.
- anapa: prince from another world, back-story based on anubis from egyptian myths. he used to work in a mortuary and has magic linked with death. he can sense when someone is about to die, communicate with the dead, and summon and animate bones. he's kind of creepy and doesn't make friends easily. currently hanging out in the castle. i always forget his age but i think he's around 18.
- caldera: police officer from another world, currently working as a castle guard. cal is good-natured, adventurous and fun-loving, easy to befriend and fun to hang out with. she and calvin rp'd once, and raced their familiars. she's a bit of a lad and tends to prefer male company for that reason, but she'll get along with just about anyone. she's about 25.
