She keeps herself low as she follows her stolen sister, tracking just far enough behind that she knew that Nico had very much enjoyed this chance and therefore had no contrary things to say on her vacation -- or perhaps it would become something more. Her family was a broken one, to be sure, and it was all a part of the very contrary mind of her father and the overly-devoted nature of her mother.

She listens from bushes not too far off as she listens to the judgement of their father with neutral mind and a saddened heart. It was true, though Vesta had time with Roman far more than Nico to understand his misguided attempt to rule. It is the questions on whether they were meant to pay for their father’s trespass against this other wolf’s family that makes Vesta pause quietly before exiting. She may have come to steal her sister back if it had turned out that this particularly soothing creature had ill intentions.

Not that she was enough like either of her parents do have done much successfully…

When Nymeria offers the thought of staying, however, she does bolt out as she had thought once to do in defense of her sister - and now would do for fear of losing her sister forever.

She skitters out of shadows and hiding and darts behind her sister, almost as though she expected Nymeria not to see her if she tucked her form behind her sister’s standing one. She is the shy sister, the soft and useless child with no ambition and almost no taste for the style of her mother and father’s lives. Unfit by most laws of the wild, but wholly loved by her parents, it was not entirely clear if she would ever become anything in her life other than her sister’s tumor, pretty as she may have been.
