We discussed this at the annual meeting this year at St James Mn.---For those of you who did not attend here is a copy of the minutes-(which was published in the April 2016 Pullers Post )----

The rule book is in need of updating since the last revision was 3-1-2013. Gary Jobe and Davin Brock have gone through the book and found some wording that needs to be cleaned up, just revised to be more current and a couple of items that contradict each other. Just a clarification, no changes. Jay asked who would be on the committee, suggested that it be the state reps, but that would be too many people and how would they get together to go over the rules. Todd Coulter suggested a conference call, he had a number they could all call in and go over the changes. The committee will be Todd Coulter, Gary Jobe and Butch Watson with Ross McGrew for backup, assistance or questions.
