Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

His eyes flashed around the vast fields around them, a short nod issued to affirm her words. So, right there, huh? He had to admit that it seemed like a good place to meet, nice and visible and whatnot. He wondered why they'd meet in winter though - safety? The last few winters had been rough, awfully so, and he wondered if they would have to some day be forced to stop their meetings if they continued the trend. And summer! The thought of summer made his ear twitch. Too hot! But he supposed that made sense. Hell, even he felt like lazing around with gypsies come summer now that he thought about it.

"Well, I'll make this place my meeting place too! If you don't mind sharing, that is." He wasn't entirely serious, a small grin of jest at his lips, for he knew no loner truly owned any particular land - besides, he liked her. He didn't think she'd object to him meeting with others here, right?

He rose to stand then with a hm of uncertainty. He pondered for several seconds and then tentatively approached her with yet another question: "Would any of your gypsy friends have been there? I'd like to...ask some questions about it but I'm not sold on going to the pack itself, if you know what I mean." Perhaps she might be the one to know best, after all, for hadn't she had to approach Spirane and the other packs for access? She must understand the anxiety that could come with that...but perhaps she didn't feel the same way towards Iromar. To most wolves, it was likely still just a marshy pack and not a place of complete mystery and worry. He wondered, though, if she would want even more payment for that particular piece of information...
