Misty Mountain is opposite of Rainbow Cliff. Mists hover year-round at this high altitude, mistaken by some to be thin clouds. Thin layers of snow cover the mountain, making some areas slippery and hazardous.

Some think it romantic, a place to bring their mates, while others come to play and romp. However, all must agree that there is some level of mystery and spookiness hovering about with the mists...

The wind still crept over the earth at this height, keeping the temperature moderate by most wolves standard. For the onyx caped czarina though, this ‘cool’ condition was still too hot. She was built for the darkness of winter, with gales of wind whipping over the cliffs edge, and showers of snow building mountainous drifts. That was the climate she had clung so dearly to when she had come here, and had kept holding to even now. Alaska had not left this mountain once, in her time of being here in Blossom Forest. She had scanned the horizons of the world and seen the layout of the land from far above, but she had yet to leave her precipice. The czarina had become accustomed to this lonesome life, and of the two wolves she had met, it had made her all the more wary to meet any more. It seemed slightly ironic that a wolf with her talents did not put them to use in a pack or at least make herself more known. Wolves like her had social skills, they went out and helped others; they did as their job called them to do. Yet here she was, cloistered away in the depths of the mountain. There were plenty of others like her though, that were inclined to do their job.

Alaska remained content to alone.

Only this lonesomeness would not last for this moment. There was a subtle shift in the air marking the arrival of a new wolf. Was it her Czar? Had he come back for her? To continue the war in which they had been so entangled in? Alaska laughed quietly to herself as a shiver ran down her spine, at the memory of him. The way his teeth had ripped so raggedly into her scruff, the way the crystalline flakes on her fur had melted away under the heat of his breath. The way his black obsidian gazer had contrasted against her sylvan optics. Nice isn’t it? More should come up here. Her thoughts shattered like glass, as the feminine lyrics barraged her audettes. Snowy lids blinked away the unconscious gaze in her forested orbs. This was not her czar. The war was over. He had long since left her upon this mountain, but her heart only seemed to beat for him.

I prefer the company of none, but tell me then what is it that brought you up here. Alaska turned her piercing sylvan gaze upon the woman, her face stoic. Clearly you are new, but if you had wanted to meet wolves, why did you come to palace where no one roams? her voice remained cool, but not icy. Her temperament remained neutral.
