Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

I am Orb.
He felt badly because it seemed that every time he could bring a rare bout of happiness to her features, Bandit would make himself heard and she would fix him with a scowl like she was disappointed in him. In this moment, he hated not being alone. In this moment, he wished there was no one else but Elowen and himself. Of course, that could never be true because he was never alone. He was always with his companions and they were always with him. At least, she was seemingly adapting to his other voices by simply ignoring them. That worked better for Orb than her scolding him every time. He felt like apologies were only going to cut it for so long before she walked away and he found that he didn't want her to walk away. In fact, he was rather enjoying her company.
There was some flicker of something in her eyes when he called her a lady and he hoped that she approved of him calling her such. Hopefully he didn't offend her with his brash words. At least it did make Bandit go quiet for a little way. Maybe he was too shocked to say anything back, at least for the moment. He could feel Diesel's approval from here and knew that even Mags was proud of him in this moment.
She told him to rise and so he slowly did so, blinking a few times in surprise.
"OH, UM, OKAY."
He answered, unsure of why she wouldn't want him to submit to her anger. He thought that's what any angry wolf would want from him. It was always his response when someone got mad at Bandit's outbursts. Usually he would submit to let them know he was truly sorry then they would either forgive him or walk away. He knew most wolves thought of him as a freak. He was used to it by now.
"I BET I'D HAVE A GOOD OL' TIME LOOKING DOWN UPON YOU, CHICA. HUBBA, HUBBA."
Orb could only sigh, Bandit's voice pulling at his strings today in more ways than one. Apparently his rise didn't do much more than quiet Bandit for a few moments but he wouldn't stay quiet long. It just wasn't in his nature.
Instead, he tried to focus on her and it seemed she was modest because when he told her the beauty was close, she started to look around in wonder as if it might be a flower beside her or even a tree or something. When she said something about going blind, he couldn't help himself. A soft chuckle fell from Orb's lips but he quieted when she looked back into his gaze, his breath catching at her enchanting look as he tried to compose himself, clearing his throat. At her question, he smiled softly before nodding.
"I CAN, IF YOU'D LIKE. FOLLOW ME?"
He waited to see if she would, then he turned toward the lake. He walked down to the bank slowly, making sure to keep pace with her and walk beside her every chance he could get. When he got to the edge, he looked down into the water, waiting for his reflection to materialize before he smiled and motioned for her to look into the water too. He waited for her to do so before he nudged his nose toward her reflection.
THERE. IN THE WATER. YOU SEE IT? SHE'S TOO BEAUTIFUL FOR WORDS."
