Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

MAGNUS
You'll See tem In My Eyes... It's where my Demons Hide

Magnus kept his head, he always did, except that one day. He knew he did something bad, he knew he had done it before but never to someone he… liked. There were very few out there he did like, and now it was person he liked. Viora was about the only wolf anymore he had any connection too. His mother, Malina, his brother. All of them didn’t care about him, least he didn’t think they did. His white and poison streaked eyes remained on her even as she walked forward trying to sort everything out in his head. It just hadn’t been right since Fjall died. He was trying to make things better but he didn’t want to think Viora thought he was some kind of Monster that would suddenly come out and kill her. Something told him she didn’t worry too much about that, but oddly, he did.

They were on a mission though and he would try not to let his stupid feelings distract him. They were in this forest which meant it could have been anywhere. Not like Enocra was small, he knew they would be walking around searching for the scene for a while alone. Plenty of places to hide where it could have happened not but really lots of places where it was really possible either. She brushed against him and he subtly pushed back against her. ”Needs to be a clearing, big enough for them to fit, not so large that wandering eyes could see it from a distance.” He says pausing for a moment to send his gaze about, but if she already had an idea where he was going he was out of it for the time.

It seemed he wasn’t being super subtle in being not bothered by everything. ”Yeah. Didn’t mean to do that.” He said looking over the scars, ”Feel bad. Never felt guilty before, it sucks. Angry at myself, though I don’t remember.” He said following her over the log and continuing forward.

”Sorry.” He grunted out making sure his eyes were in contact with hers while he said it before looking away. His ears flicked back annoyed, he was sure she didn’t really care to hear it, but he wanted to say it anyway, maybe it would mean something but he doubted it. He continued following her fluidly, letting his eyes look around for any signs of their crime scene, he didn’t want to distract them from their task but, she asked.
