Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Inanna

She was pleasantly surprised when he did seem to jump right into telling her exactly what he meant by his words. Once again she felt a heat under her fur. Her black lips pulled into a devilish grin, a storm brewing in her chest that threatened to take her breath away. She tried not to let it show too much on her features, letting the crash of the waves outside speak for her. It was all like a whirlwind and she needed to calm it before it swept her away. But she wondered what it would be like to let it take her. Unable to truly keep it closed within her, Inanna got to her feet again, abandoning the bone in the middle of the floor. She circled around Thor, watching his every movement with attentive eyes. She all but drank him in, his sight and his smell. If what he said was true, and they were strong enough together, and this was not all some illusion and lie laid out before them she was more than eager to fight the Fates to see what could spark between them.

His final words sealed the deal. She pressed against his side, running her cheek against his shoulder. I think I would like to try to defy Fate with you, Thor. See if there is something other than a puppy crush between us. She jumped forward, looking back at him with a daring, inviting and enticing wag of her tail. Stay with me tonight? Maybe once she had him, she would never let him go.
