Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Though she was rarely one to take anothers leftovers, her growling stomach draws her closer to the young wolf. His attitude intrigued and amused her, and she found herself already plotting ways to get the pup wrapped around her talon. The way his stature changed at her simple choice of word, little, and how he sought to drive her closer to him. The art of teasing came most naturally to her, thankfully, and playing hard to impress would be just as simple- considering she already had quite high standards. Even the brutes that offered munificent goods were subject to her scrutiny, and it was not a kind thing.

Her slinking movements brought her within reach of the turtle remains, and as she lowers her head to feast she lets her bi-colored orbs move over the child passingly. Unimpressed. At least, as she'd like him to think. Show him his moves would not work on a wolfess like her, entice him to step up his game to excite her. He was on her playing field, now.

Ever so graciously she lifts her head and steps back from him and the carcass, maw colored red with blood and entrails. Her tongue moves over her teeth and lips obscenely, with no regard to shame or appropriate behavior, as he was much younger than her. "Never enjoyed turtle meat, but to expect a child to capture real prey..." How would he take a hit to his pride, would he lash out or seek to prove his prowess in other ways?

Her obvious disconnect to the situation was another game of hers. He had already made a pass at complimenting her, and perhaps another wolf would swoon at his feet and offer her story, but Judith was different. If he desired her name, he would ask for it. If he desired her past, he would work to earn such the tale. She would offer him very little, except the obvious pleasure of laying his eyes on her body, until she found he deserved more.
