Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

this is the end

He was built after his father's line, for sure. And just as Devil used his bulk to get what he wanted, so Exodus was expected to take the same path from birth. Of course, his upbringing took a wild turn and if it wasn't for him leaving Moladian and running across the assassins, he would never be as dangerous as he was now. He was meek and shy growing up, a runner but not a fighter. The ones he made friends with were strong in mind and body but maybe that was to make up for himself being weak in those areas. He learned to be charming from the assassins as well. Before he was awkward and stoic most of the time, rarely going out to make friends. Now he had less to be afraid of and so in turn, his confidence grew. But he was not a killer by nature, only necessity.

He watched as she stretched out before him. She was getting rather comfortable in his presence and he wouldn't want it any other way. She had nothing to fear from him. In fact, he was probably a good friend to have in these parts, especially as a loner. He was quite protective over those he cared for and he counted friends in that number. She yawned and he smirked, his tail swishing behind him.

"Sounds like someone else is thinking of a little beauty sleep. You can have my rock if you want."

He offered. She said that a lot of squirrels weren't a fan and he chuckled under his breath.

"Seems rational."

He scowled thoughtfully though when she said that wasn't a lot to be proud of. He shook his head.

"I disagree. You're a survivor, aren't you? You've gotten by just fine on your own. Who cares if only the squirrels know your name for now? Every great hunter starts on the ground and works their way up. Next thing you know, you'll be taking out oxen. Hit me up sometime and we'll do it together."

He said with a grin. He did like to hunt. He could tell she was a little scrapper and could hold her own. When he asked for her story, she laughed and shook her head. He tilted his head in curiosity, ears pricked forward as she told him that she was all talk. She seemed embarrassed that she didn't always get her prize and he sniffed.

"I bet that squirrel would never forget you when he looks back though. And talk about loss of balance! How hard it must be to climb trees without a tail!"

She said that she kept herself fed at the end of the day and that's all that mattered. Now this, he could agree on. He nodded his head with a smirk.

"You're right, that's exactly what matters. So where are you from?"
