...it can be confused with ‘premeditated’.
I win. I win. I always win. One way or another, somehow victory is to eventually come to my paws. Aster thought she would be able to best me, or that her pack would be able to defend her but no. I was able to slip through all their - apparently non-existent - defenses and tackle Aster right to the ground! Miss High and Mighty herself! Queen of the Plains forgot to look behind the trees! I did not even bring a squirrel to make up for the ‘theft’. They were not watching their Queen closely, they weren’t going to get compensated for the inconvenience of trickery. Besides, now she owed me a prairie dog! I was going to watch her catch it.
Obviously this victory required an extravagant dance around. Grinning from ear to ear, I mockingly bow down to Aster. Hail the defeated! Tilting my head, my two colored eyes shining, I plop onto the ground and roll around, softening the words I spoke. Twisting around, I look up at her, my posture clearly more playful than anything. After all, I was trying to earn back some respect since that one girl tried to sully my and my brother’s name. Moreso, I wanted to be known for who and what I was. No more hiding behind my brother and no more letting him take credit for the things I had done. Or….well… you know… blaming him for the things I had done. I was the Fear of Taviora. I decided I wanted to make a name for myself with that. Who knew, eventually I might be known throughout the land. Starting with Aster. Aster and her little prairie dog she owed me.
I smirk. Not many get away with stealing an Alpha’s mate. I guess my next task would be to steal an Alpha...
