Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Arturio had taken an opportunity to venture. It was not wasted time. Now, the snowy wolf moved south. It was a nice day out. Not too hot. Somewhat absenstly, his thoughts wandered to the silent lady he was inexplicably drawn to. While in Iromar, he learned some thinge, but that sudden need to be hers, a friend a protector. Not that Nari needed protection. From his perspective, his imprint was quite able bodied. Even her mute-ness did not hinder her.

In turn, the white male had crossed the borders to another pack. He wanted to see his imprint again, whose name he didn't know, but her scent and image were burned into his mind. Arturio would never forget her. The end result, he had crossed the borders into Glorall. No announcement, nothing. He was along the beach. The sand was a familiar under his paws. It reminded him of the beaches where he grew up. Less tropical here, but there... it was special, and that specialness did not seep out. Those lands were in a bubble. Not like here, where mother nature was not controlled.

His tail swayed back and forth at the memory. He paused, a large white spec on the Sandy beach. This was a nice place. Iromar was nice enough. Perhaps if this was where she lived, Arturio might stay. All she had to do was ask.
