Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

She reacts as she has always to others who express dominance, warning him with a growl that is met with a sly sneer of sorts, but he finds amusement in the situation. After all she is the trespasser who is seemingly hunting on claimed grounds. Slowly he cocks his head to the side, his scruff rising at her implied threat, a low warning growl given in response. "If it is mine you wish then I'll take some of yours with it," he replies cooly. She is disjointed in her speech as she has always been, a brute force with little room for tact but he supposes not everyone could be as charming as him (although the vast majority of his acquaintances would disagree with such a fact!). "I am all of these and none. More or less," he taunts in a riddle of a voice, a pleased look on his avid face.

In the end he could and would be each of those. Enemy, ally, traitor, friend... it just depended on the wolf who was asked. She is honest and straight forward yet she cannot expect such from a creature like him, so steeped in a quagmire of opposing traits. "I am only doing my civic duty to watch over the pack." He pauses for a moment and then deftly steps to the side with a wicked grin. "I think I've held up my responsibility I warning you, don't you think? If you decide to hunt then it is your hide and I would hate being sent to peel it from you. You would look far less lovely without it."
