Through the grapevine she had learned of what the young princess had done. A part of her had to admire the nerve of the young girl, though truly it was foolish to draw the ire of Eden in her mind however reckless it still took guts. She knew he would be displeased at the turn of events, though she doubted it would slow him at all. In all her time within the bounds of Glorall and with its alpha she had learned many things about him, and yet many more he still kept to himself a game she wondered if he played with everyone he came across. Leaving bits and pieces of himself scattered around others so that no one knew anything in full, and how much more he might then keep to himself.
It didn’t bother her, she was able to enjoy the time they spent together without wondering what he did every second of the day when she did not see him. It was an easy sort of… friendship? Perhaps it went a bit further than that if one counted their two children, but she did not require more of him and perhaps that is why he had no issue coming to her. Her dark form was nestled in the tall, wispy grasses of the beach and from inside their cover she watched the gulls reel overhead and the ospreys racing the tides to and fro as they dug for clams. Something about birds had always fascinated her and she was devising a way to add to her collection of sorts when his bark reached her ears.
Rising to her paws she broke from the cover of her shelter, blue eyes peering at him steadily as he approached calling her name. She padded toward him, slightly surprised when he moved to rest his head against her though she mimicked the move in a sort of greeting. Pulling back, she stared intently into his eyes, intrigue and perhaps a bit of excitement sparking within their depths as he said he needed her. Anything that he would come to her for, so late in the day and with what she sensed was urgency was sure to be interesting and the silent girl was always up for interesting.
