The caves are where it all started. They allowed the first wandering wolves access to the land of Blossom Forest, and afterward housed the monster that had threatened the earliest of inhabitants. The heroes had slain it, yes, but in doing so had also closed off one of the pathways in the caverns, magic blocking one of the many exits to Blossom Forest. But over the years, the original spell has weakened and now the way is clear. What will not only crawl out of the caverns, but erupt from it? The caves now thrum with the ever growing magic wellspring as it spreads out into the land. It is from here that the first vampire of Blossom Forest was corrupted, and it is here that any subsequent vampire will be born. To traverse its paths is dangerous - there is an almost impenetrable darkness, and in that abyss lays many secrets - hidden holes one could fall through, weakened floors, and then of course there is the labyrinthe itself. No one knows what the deeper levels hold - no one has traveled them and survived to tell tales. Not even those who call this place home dares to test their luck by going in deep, deep, deeper. The magic exuding from this place has rearranged the lands - moving packs, changing the terrain. Here the cave looks the same but it is not - it is more dangerous than ever. In addition, outside the mouth of the cave the sacred stones that once stood erect in another place now stand guard. They are colored the most beautiful arrangement of jewel tones, and almost appear to be made of gems themselves, no longer the dull grey they once were. It is within them that all official fights must take place - at the Blican Orlege. Welcome to Drylic Cofa...

Draven

I'm Your Worst Nightmare Dressed as your Day Dream

Emeralds watched her pluck one feather out and then another, but as soon as he purred and began to speak, he reveled in her fear as he watched her hairs prickle and ripple no doubt due to goosebumps raising on her flesh. He did not near her, but stayed within the shadows, his flickering tail the only part of him that gave away his position in the abyssmal darkness. But he did not still it, he wanted her to find him, to be drawn to him. Pools latched onto her maw as it curled upward into a grin, and Draven found himself matching hers, his lips twitching. She was different indeed... but then again she was not the first to be drawn to him, to want to get to know him.

'You don't know who you're talking to my dear, for I'm a former Queen of not one, but two packs. I am no one's prey. Smooth vocals flowed out from between her kissers and Draven raised a brow and smirked at her.

"Oh, really? Please... please do continue." His words were but a murmur as he stared at her.

'But if you're looking to settle your hunger, I might just be able to help, little dove. You just have to show yourself to me, my dear.' Draven stalked around her, letting her come nearer to him but never close enough to actually see his form. He could travel this caves with his eyes shut - at least this section. 'Or would you like to make this into a game of hide and seek? I love games.'

Draven purred in the darkness and struck his tail with a thump against a nearby stalagmite, allowed the sound to echo around him, once more distorting the sound of his voice and his movements. "It is adorable, my love, that you think you are not prey merely because you were once Queen. If I am not mistaken, the key word in your statement was former. And not one, but two packs? Tsk tsk darling, that means you have lost your pack twice. How unfortunate that you seem to be unable to hold onto things. Tell me... do you think you will do a better job at holding onto your life? Or will you let that... slip away from you to?" Draven leapt forward out of the shadows to skid in front of her, a hairs breath away to allow his hairs to graze hers before he leapt away again, disappearing into shadows again. "Even if you were still a Queen, lovie, that does not mean that you would not be my prey. If you could see where I lay my head at night." He inhaled sharply, a hiss whispering through his teeth. "... you would not be so calm right now. Shall I tell you how I kill my prey? Or rather, what I do to my prey before I kill them? No... I'll lead with this: my throne is lined with innumerable pelts - male, female, young, old, warriors, innocents. They only have one thing in common - my eyes were set on them."

Draven shivered with excitement before exposing himself to her eyes, stepping from the shadows so that the dim shadows of light that came through the mouth of the cave managed to grace his pelt. "It is a shame, dear, that your eyes will not stay in your pelt after I have stripped it from your body. They are beautiful in their uniqueness..." Once more it was a murmur... but then he ran his tongue over his lips. "No worries, though darling. I will enjoy looking into those eyes even when you are screaming bloody murder - your murder, to clarify - and will enjoy them even when life is no longer within them. Will you grace me with a name before I steal your breath? How about I give you a head start to run if you give me your name, yea?" He winked at her, a morose thing indeed, crude and cruel, and all of it.
