Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

Return to Lunar Children

A bit of poison, a bit of powder

Their bond is one forged from fate, according to all the lore she has heard of imprinting, and she used it in whatever capacity that it could be used. There is a certain level of attraction that binds her to him - something she has little control over except that she is the more controlling of the pair. He is protective even if she can sense his continual distaste for their bond yet she senses no threat from him. It is why, as he draws near, she does not bother to remove herself from her lounged position. Why she does not seek to out distance him or lead him on a merry chase. She has taken the time to cultivate the bond and flush it out so that she can notice the differences in her own body and that of Starfall. It is pleasing that he comes to her and she turns her tapered muzzle in his direction so her yellow eyes settle calmly upon him as he climbs up.

He is handsome with his spotted fur but altogether a different sort of creature than she. Arace lays confidently while watching him as he bristles up and tips her head slightly as he speaks, a slightly confused expression on her lovely features. "Whatever do you mean?" There is a calculated innocence to her question for Arace was a skilled liar - too bad he could sense such things. But then she flicked and ear and with grace pushed her long legs so that she rolls on her back, side now flush against his legs, slanted maw facing up towards him with an easy smile. "I am going to enjoy the sunshine while it lasts and perhaps you would like to join me?" She lifts one large paw up to press gently into his chest, knowing perhaps that it will irritate him that she dismisses his question. Yet the worried look on him causes a sigh of displeasure to leave her lips.

"What would you have me do, dear sorcerer?" She tilts her head to the side despite the fact that she lies on her back next to him. "What answer do you seek?" A coy question - does he want the truth or does he want her to console him? To lie? What is it that makes her imprint tick? He is worried and yet he still comes to her, still stands almost protectively there. "I will do what I must," she finally says with a sharp finality to her voice. Her must and his must likely don't jive but it was necessary to survival. "Debts must be paid," she says cryptically, rolling over to her belly suddenly and pressing up so she now sits with yellow eyes focused on him.
