Despite her resolution she had some misgivings about returning to the mountains. She was born here, her family had been here for many years, and still almost all her family was here. If she came here she wasn’t sure what she would do though. She wasn’t a healer, her accident long ago with plants made her a little to wary of them to really fuel a desire for such a thing again, though over time she had gotten over it, with her mother and surely many others taking up the mantle of healer she wasn’t sure where she would fit. Doing nothing wouldn’t suit her, for while free spirited she did have the never ending questions coming to her mind, the desire to use what she knew also was there, but the idea of being an advisor as her father had been also wasn’t exactly fitting. There were so many reservations, and she wondered if, like the times before when she came here, that she soon would be off… to make matters a little worse Daenerys no longer ruled, and instead one of her daughters.

Nik though didn’t stop at the borders, her face and certainly at least her family had been those familiar to the lands, even if she hadn’t seen any of her littermates in what felt like a lifetime. She heard the fresh call, and until today she had been still living in the freelands. Now she was in Spirane feeling the familiar climb up the mountain’s paths until she spotted the growing gathering and to her delight both of her remaining littermates among the group. A bit of worry touched her when she had yet to see their mother present but Panik didn’t know all the details. She bounced forward feeling loads better about being here, though she still wasn’t sure if she wanted to stay.

Settling herself just behind Baird and Sila, Nikki gave them both a bump with her nose and a smile the small girl then settled in to listen to what Kalseru had to say. Really Panik thought she would probably need some time with her family and the new queen on her own before deciding if she would permanently stay, but for now, she thought it would be okay if she stayed for a little while at least.
