Still bothered by what had just happened Cenmatl hadn’t noticed he had gotten so close to the borders nor that someone was creeping up on him. Still his mind whirred and his head ached slightly from all the swirling mixed emotions and the constant assault of them that were not his own. It seemed to settle though, ease away as if she was feeling better somehow, but Cenna was still trying to figure out exactly what had flashed before his eyes. It was strange, unsettling and caused him to look around for a moment though he didn’t notice the strange wolf approaching.

Cenna would do about anything for Pine, but giving up the beliefs he was raised on was hard to let go of. His delicate connection to her, and his near reverence of her as a wolf made it harder for him, constantly combatting with the way he was nurtured from his ‘birth’ of his memories to the point he was now. He knew Diveen wasn’t bad, he knew it, how could they do this? Taviora and Diveen always had been close, his grandfather fought for them, his grandmother too. The alphaship was still just as nobel there was no way Solara, child of Isola the wolfess his grandfather served under would give up her lands to someone who wouldn’t be as nobel. Pine even said that she was angry because they were trying to blame friends, but what if someone was trying to make sure they blamed Diveen? It made his head hurt, not aided by the sudden surprised sound erupting from just behind him.

He jumped up spinning around to be, well not nose to nose since he was so short, but as face to face as they could be though the same aged male had stepped back in surprise. He blinked for a moment he wondered if this was who he saw, but the eyes, the face and he definitely thought it was a woman for some reason. He was driving himself crazy… No- No.. it’s um... okay.” He stammered out though his eyes narrowed his ears falling back at a throb from his head at the sudden movements he had made. Was it okay? They were on high alert and he was some stranger standing inside the borders. It was that that suddenly made him tense up and stand straight trying to ignore the pain in his own head from all this musing and everything else.

”Yeah, I’m Cenmatl, my mate is Pine Alphess here. So a.. Boss… I guess.” He says again a bit slowly through his pain. ”It’s not a good time for you to be stumbling into Iromar you know? Who are you?” It was probably lucky for Israfel that he ran into Cenmatl someone much more passive than another member. He knew tensions were high and the wolves were upset. Little did he know that they were dealing with their past problem already more directly.

However another part of him knew that if the larger male wanted to hurt him he would have attacked him there, not apologize for stumbling on him then asking if he was ‘boss’. Reason still prevailed in Cenmatl’s mind and while he wasn’t exactly a fighter he would put up a fight if it meant protecting Pine, the pack, or innocents. It was, after all, the Aztec way.
